- RVs are made of light duty materials to save on weight and are not built to the same building codes as residential homes. Things are simply not as durable. Almost all furniture, including bunk beds, showers and stairs have a 300lb weight capacity or less from the factory.

* The delivery and setup rate follows the national average price of gas for PA, per mile, one way from Otter Lake Camp Resort (1639 Marshalls Creek Rd, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302) to the campground of your choice. The average PA price is recorded when a request is submitted in order to give an accurate quote. For example, if the national average is $3.50/gal when a request is received, and the distance is 20 miles, the delivery and set up charge would be $70. If there is a difference of 25 cents or more (up or down) in the quoted gas price verse what it is at the time payment is due, then the delivery/setup charge will be recalculated.
